Our Meditation blend draws on the ancient wisdom of three of nature's most treasured resins and woods - 100% pure sandalwood, myrrh and frankincense - each with a rich, grounding aroma that has supported spiritual practice across cultures for thousands of years. Simply be still and allow the smell to take you deeper.

Scent profile: Resinous, woody, and deeply calming, perfect for focus, introspection, and stillness.

Crystal: Includes a charged Amethyst crystal. The Amethyst is associated with intuition and tranquillity, making it a wonderful stone for enhancing spiritual awareness and connecting with your higher self. Essential Oils:

Sandalwood essential oil comes from the root and wood of the East Indian sandalwood tree. Its woody aroma is a powerful aid for meditation. Traditionally used in Hindu practices to support spiritual healing, it's known to soothe mental chatter and induce a state of calm focus, and this allows you to access higher states of consciousness and self-awareness.

Myrrh is a resin-like substance extracted from trees. In ancient cultures, it played a prominent role in medicine and religious/spiritual rituals. It was valued for its therapeutic properties, including anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antibacterial effects, and also known to deepen meditation and encourage inner exploration and grounding.

Frankincense is obtained form the Boswellia tree. It was historically burned to carry prayers to the divine and for sacred purification rituals. Today, it remains valued tool for spiritual growth and holistic healing, cleansing negative energy and realigning the higher chakras.
