1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of essential oils, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective, damaged during shipping or incorrect.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
Provide your order number, a description of the problem and photos of the item and its packaging.
We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.
3. How to Return a Product
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the product back to us.
Please do not return any items without prior authorisation.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to process once your return is received.

Opened or used essential oils.
Products returned without prior approval.
Products returned after the return window.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
