Essential Oils:

Jasmine oils are extracted from the white flowers of the jasmine plant through a steam distillation process. Its benefits include enhancing confidence and improving mood, due to its deeply comforting, sweet and uplifting aroma.

Sandalwood essential oil comes from the root and wood of the East Indian sandalwood tree. Its woody aroma is a powerful aid for meditation, calm and connection with spirit. Traditionally used in Hindu practices to support spiritual healing and grounding, it's known to soothe mental chatter and induce a state of calm focus.

Myrrh is a resin-like substance extracted from trees. In ancient cultures, it played a prominent role in medicine and religious/spiritual rituals. It was valued for its therapeutic properties, including anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antibacterial effects, and also known to deepen meditation and encourage inner exploration and grounding.

Apply small amounts, as required, to wrist or neck, or preferred points on skin. Breathe the healing aromas in deeply. Sacral Pleasure can be used during meditation at the sacral chakra point located just below your belly button. Please remember this is intended for external use only on the skin's surface.
